We incorporate weight training exercises to work every muscle of your body, as well as high-intensity cardio to boost your energy levels and turn your body into a fat-burning machine.

BOXING CLASS
In this 30 minute class, you'll work in your own boxing station building fun, heart-pumping boxing combos.
99% of the class is purely bag work!
No need to hold pads or use other equipment,
You'll do all types of punch variations - jabs, crosses, uppercuts, hooks - in our purpose-built wall bags, exclusively designed by Jim Bradley Boxing.
MC Fitness is the ONLY boxing studio in Melbourne to have these purpose-built bags!
KICKBOXING-MMA
Kickboxing-MMA class incorporates 3 fighting styles all in one class: boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
In 30 minutes, you’ll do fun kickboxing and MMA combos. Even if you’ve never kick-boxed before, the easy-to-follow structure of the class means you'll get a kickass workout, no matter your kickboxing skill levels.
No partner pad work here either, so the intensity remains high throughout the class
RESTORE & BALANCE
If you enjoy doing Pilates or yoga, then you will love our Restore & Balance classes!
These classes incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises to give a complete recovery and stretch class.
The class is composed of 4 elements that are essential to prevent injury: core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

HERE ARE SOME COMMON QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED...
Choose from 2, 3, or 5 classes per week, and you can do a mix of Semi-Private, Boxing classes, Kickboxing-MMA classes, and Restore & Balance classes.
Semi-Private, Boxing, and Kickboxing classes are 30 minutes.
Restore & Balance is 45 minutes
