How long are the classes, and what will I be doing in the classes?

The semi-private, boxing, and kickboxing classes are 30 minutes.

At our semi-private classes you'll do a combination of weight training and cardio.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

You will need to bring your own yoga mat and towel.
