You'll use our state-of-the-art boxing bags (designed by Jim Bradley Speedball Company).

2) KICKBOXING
This class combines kickboxing and boxing combos, all in one class.
The easy-to-follow structure of the class means you’ll learn proper kicking technique, and get an awesome workout, no matter the skill levels.

This class includes a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA combos.

This 45 minute class incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises to give a complete recovery and stretch class.

How many classes per week do I get?
Is it really only $77 for 4 weeks?
Do I need to bring my own gloves?
Yes, you will need to bring your own gloves. If you don't have any, you can purchase a pair from us for $50 (their retail value is $67)
You will also need to bring your own towel and water bottle.
What results will I get from doing these classes?
