Other boxing studios make participants do other things aside from boxing, such as running, bike, rower, etc.

In our classes, 100% of the workout is spent on the bags, doing boxing, kickboxing combos, nothing else.

No pairing up with another person, no holding pads for anyone... ever!

You'll be working in your own punching bag where you can work at your own pace , or work as hard as you want.

Not having to pair up with anyone means that you keep your heart rate up throughout the class and you can focus on your own combos without having to hold pads for other people, which can be frustrating if your partner doesn't know how to hold pads properly.

Adjustable bag height

The height of our uppercut bags can be adjusted to suit your height, ensuring that you punch at the right angle, making your punches more precise and your workout more enjoyable.

HERE ARE SOME COMMON QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED... 

How many classes per week can I do?

Choose from 2, 3, 5, or 7 classes per week, and you can do a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, and Restore & Balance classes.

Do I need to bring my own gloves or will you provide them?

You will need to bring your own boxing gloves.

You will also need to bring your own towel and water bottle.

What results will I get from doing these classes?

Aside from improving your boxing and kickboxing skills, you will boost your fitness and stamina. Your body will become a fat burning machine so your body will trim down and tone up. Your arms, shoulders, waist and thighs will become firmer.

If I love the classes and I'm happy to continue after the 30 day trial, my membership will automatically take effect, right?

Yes, your membership will automatically start after the 30 day trial. IF you don't want to continue after the 30 day trial, YOU must let us know via email 7 days before your first payment is due.

Once I start paying for my membership, can I suspend it if I'm sick or if I go away?

Yes, you can suspend your membership for a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 6 weeks.
