4 WEEK FIT MUM PROGRAM INVOLVES:
Up to 5 group classes per week (see below for class types)
Be trained by our experienced trainers at every session, you just show up and we tell you what to do and how to do it,
Morning, evening, and weekend classes, over 70 classes per week to choose from,
Small group sessions, no more than 12 people per class, makes it a more private and specialised workout where we can provide alternative exercise,
A healthy, easy to follow meal plan with recipes so you can adopt a healthier way of eating.
Our flagship sessions! These sessions incorporate weight training and cardio. Perfect for toning your body, losing weight and getting fit.
These 30 minute classes are all about helping you burn heaps of fat and get fit, all without the need to pair up with a partner. The combos are easy to follow, and with our trainers monitoring your technique every step of the way, you will get the most out of your workout in a safe, controlled environment.
If you enjoy Pilates or yoga, then you will love our Restore & Balance classes!
These classes incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises to give a complete recovery and stretch class.
The class is composed of 4 elements that are essential to preventing injuries: core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

You select your starting date. When you fill out the registration form, you will be able to choose your starting date.
How many times per week can I come?
You get a total of 20 classes for the duration of the 4 week program, we recommend that you do 5 classes per week so you spread your classes evenly throughout your 4 week program

And don't worry if you haven't exercised in a long time, most of our clients haven't done any exercise in a long time, so we know how to gradually get you fitter and stronger without over doing it or pushing you too hard at first.

1) Unlike other programs that have over 30 people per class, our classes have a capacity of 12 people max for semi-private classes, and 18 people max for boxing, kickboxing, and Restore & Balance classes.
Keeping the maximum number of people per class low means better quality classes, our trainers will correct your technique so you can get the most out of your workout.
2) Plenty of classes per week to choose from. Unlike other programs that only offer a handful of classes per day, we offer up to 15 classes PER DAY to choose from.
