How long are the classes, and what will I be doing in the classes?
Classes are 30 minutes long.
At our semi-private classes you'll do a combination of weight training and cardio.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
Bring your own boxing gloves if you do boxing/kickboxing classes
And bring a foam roller and yoga mat if you do Restore & Balance classes
You must bring your own towel and water bottle to every class.
What are your session times?
Monday to Friday
