If you are looking for a workout that will boost your fitness, build muscle, and help you burn heaps of fat in the shortest time, then this is the class.
We incorporate weight training exercises to strengthen your body, and cardio exercises to boost your energy and burn off fat.
By combining weights and cardio you are getting a complete workout designed to transform your body.

We provide alternative exercises in case you have an injury or health issues

Boxing classes
You'll be do fun, heart-pumping boxing combos in our purpose-built uppercut bags,

Kickboxing classes
This 30 minute class combines boxing and kickboxing!
The easy-to-follow structure of the class means you'll learn proper boxing and kicking technique and you'll get a fun satisfying workout.
MMA classes
Be ready to punch, kick, and strike with your elbows and knees!
This 30 minute class is a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA combos.
The ultimate fighting style class awaits you!
RESTORE & BALANCE (R&B)
If you enjoy doing Pilates or yoga, then you will love our Restore & Balance classes!
This 45 minute class incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises to give a complete recovery and stretch class.
The class is composed of 4 elements that are essential to help with body recovery: core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

- How many classes per week do I get?
Choose from 2, 3, 5, or 7 classes per week, and you can do a mix of Semi-Private, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, and Restore & Balance classes.
- How long are the classes?
Semi-Private, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA classes are 30 minutes.
Restore & Balance is 45 minutes
- If during my 30 day trial I find that it's not what I was looking for, can I cancel my membership before it activates?
Yes you can, if you want to cancel your membership before it activates, YOU must let us know via email 7 days before your first payment is due.
- If I love the classes and I'm happy to continue after the 30 day trial, my membership will automatically take effect, correct?
Yes, your membership will automatically start after the 30 day trial. Just remember, IF you don't want to continue after the free trial, YOU must let us know via email 7 days before your first payment is due.
- Once I start paying for my membership, can I pause it if I'm sick or if I go away?
Yes, you can suspend your membership for a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 6 weeks.
- How do I book my classes?
To book your classes you will need to do it via our MC Fitness App.
- What results will I get from doing these classes?
Most of our clients feel more energetic, alert, and stronger in the first week. By the 3rd week, clients tell us that their friends and family notice a massive change in their bodies.
Their waist is slimmer and their face is leaner and less round. Clients notice a HUGE boost in their fitness, and their body feels a lot firmer and less flabby.
