HOW ARE OUR CLASSES DIFFERENT?
No pairing up with another person, no holding pads for anyone... ever!
Teens will be working in their own punching bag where they can work at their own pace , or work as hard as they want.
Not having to pair up with anyone means that participants keep their heart rate up throughout the class and focus on their own combos without having to hold pads for other people, which can be frustrating if their partner don't know how to hold pads properly.

The height of our uppercut bags can be adjusted to suit the participants height, that way they punch at the right angle, making their punches more precise and the workout more enjoyable.

1) BOXING CLASSES
This is 100% boxing!
Teens will be do fun, heart-pumping boxing combos in our purpose-built uppercut bags
Every possible combination imaginable can be done on these bags!

2) KICKBOXING CLASSES
This class combines kickboxing and boxing combos, all in one class.
The easy-to-follow structure of the class means teens will learn proper kicking technique, and get an awesome workout, no matter the skill levels.
3) MMA CLASSES
In this class, teenagers will punch, kick, and strike with their elbows!
This class is a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA combos.
The ultimate fighting style class awaits!

This class incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises, which is great for recovery and injury prevention.
The class is composed of 4 elements: core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

How many classes per week does this program offer?
5 classes per week, and they can do a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, and Restore & Balance classes.
Does my teenager need to bring their own boxing gloves or will you provide them?
All members must bring their own gloves. You can purchase boxing gloves from us for $50.
They will also need to bring their own towel and water bottle.
