SEMI-PRIVATE
Semi-private classes are a combination of weights and cardio training.
We target every muscle group so you develop strength and boost your fitness in the shortest amount of time.
Total capacity is 12 people per class. This is a 30 minute class.

Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full-body workout using a sliding carriage against spring resistance to improve total body strength, flexibility, and posture. Total capacity is 8 people per class. This is a 45 minute class

BOXING
Our boxing classes set you up with our state of the art boxing bags (designed by Jim Bradly Speedball Company).
30 minutes of non-stop boxing combinations to get your heart rate pumping. No pad holding or pairing up with other people.
Maximum 18 people per class.

KICKBOXING
These classes incorporate boxing and kickboxing combos.
30 minutes of non-stop punching and kicking... it doesn't get any better than that!
And just like our boxing classes, you will not hold pads for anybody.

MMA
Be ready to punch, kick, and strike with your elbows!
This class is a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and MMA combos.
The ultimate fighting style class awaits you!

This class incorporate Pilates and yoga moves to help you improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and core strength.
Total capacity is 18 people per class. This is a 45 minute class

You'll get a total of 20 classes during the 30 day trial (5 classes per week over a 4 week period).
Yes you can, you can change your membership options at any time, just let us know via email, and we will adjust your membership from the next billing cycle.
Yes you can, if you want to cancel your membership before it activates, YOU must let us know, via email, 7 days before your first payment is due.

Yes, you can suspend your membership. You'll just have to email us telling us the date you'll be away for and we'll activate a suspension for you so you are not paying while you are away
