The weight training aspect will get you strong and toned as well as stimulate faster fat loss.
And the cardio element will improve your fitness and boost your energy levels.

We provide alternative exercises
We can give you alternative exercises in case you are nursing an injury or have any health issues.
Our classes are like a personal training session but in a small group, so we can tailor the workout to suit ALL clients in our classes
No competing with others, you work within your own limits
Our classes have been structured so you work at your own pace and within your own limits. You will not be 'paired up' with anybody so you won't have to worry about slowing everybody down
Progressive overload
To improve muscle strength and tone, it's very important to stick with the same exercise for at least 3 weeks, that way your muscles can progressively get stronger and firmer.
This is why we change the weight exercises in our semi-private classes every 4 weeks as this is THE ONLY WAY for your muscles to get stronger and leaner.
Doing the same weight exercise longer than 4 weeks can lead to plateau, that's why we change the weight exercises every 4 weeks, this way your body can gain strength without hitting plateau.

Monday to Friday
5.30am, 6.15am, 7am, 8.30am, 9.15am, 10am
4.45pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm, 7pm
Saturday
7.30am, 8.15am, 9am, 9.45am
