Learn Boxing And Kickboxing Skills Without Going To A Fighters Club
You'll be working out in a friendly and fun atmosphere with supportive trainers. You'll learn boxing and kickboxing technique without going to one of those intimidating fighters clubs.
We've taken the technical aspect of what you learn at a fighters club and merged it into a group exercise class, this means that you'll get the intensity and technique of what you'd learn at a fighters club, with the fun and supportive atmosphere of a small group class.
No Pairing Up With Another Person, No Holding Pads For Anyone... Ever!
This means that you keep your heart rate up throughout the class and you can focus on your own combos without having to hold pads for other people, which can be frustrating if your partner doesn't know how to hold pads properly 🤷♀️

1) BOXING CLASS
In this 30 minute class, you'll work in your own boxing station building fun and heart-pumping boxing combos.
99% of the class is pure bag work!
No need to hold pads or use other equipment,
You'll do all type of punch variations - jabs, crosses, uppercuts, hooks - in our purposed built wall bags, exclusively designed by Jim Bradley Boxing.
MC Fitness is the ONLY boxing studio in Melbourne to have these purpose-built bags!
2) KICKBOXING-MMA
Kickboxing-MMA class incorporates 3 fighting styles all in the one class: boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
In 30 minutes, you’ll do fun kickboxing and MMA combos. Even if you’ve never kick-boxed before, the easy to follow structure of the class means you'll get a kickass workout, no matter your kickboxing skill levels.
No partner pad work here either, so the intensity remains high throughout the class.

3) RESTORE & BALANCE
If you also enjoy doing Pilates or yoga, then you will love our Restore & Balance classes!
These classes incorporate Pilates, yoga and foam rolling exercises to give a complete recovery and stretch class.
