Other boxing studios make participants do other things aside from boxing, such as running, bike, rower, etc.
In our classes, 100% of the workout is spent on the bags, doing boxing, kickboxing combos, nothing else.
No pairing up with another person, no holding pads for anyone... ever!
Teens will be working in their own punching bag where they can work at their own pace , or work as hard as they want.
Not having to pair up with anyone means that participants keep their heart rate up throughout the class and focus on their own combos without having to hold pads for other people, which can be frustrating if their partner don't know how to hold pads properly.

The height of our uppercut bags can be adjusted to suit the participants height, that way they punch at the right angle, making their punches more precise and the workout more enjoyable.

WE HAVE 3 TYPES OF CLASSES...
1) BOXING CLASS
In this 30 minute class, participants work in their own bags building fun, heart-pumping boxing combos.
100% of the class is pure bag work!
When using our Uppercut bags they will do all types of punch variations - jabs, crosses, uppercuts, hooks!
2) KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a mix of boxing and kickboxing all into one class.
30 minutes of non-stop punching and kicking... it doesn't get any better than that!
The easy to follow structure of the class means participants will get a great workout, no matter their kickboxing skill levels.
2) MMA
MMA (mixed martial arts) incorporates 3 fighting styles all in the one class: boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
Participants will punch, kick, and strike with their elbows!
The ultimate fighting style class awaits!

3) RESTORE & BALANCE
This class incorporate Pilates, yoga, and foam rolling exercises, which is great for recovery and injury prevention.
The class is composed of 4 elements: core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.

Do teenagers need to bring their own boxing gloves or will you provide them?
All clients must bring their own gloves. You can purchase boxing gloves from us for $50.
They will also need to bring their own towel and water bottle.
